Landall Services designed The Profit Factory to be more than a standard device demonstration. It is a strategic, one-to-one workshop experience built to help commercial printers enhance profitability, optimise workflow efficiency, and confidently invest in the right technology and innovation.

Our fourth iteration, delivered in partnership with Fujifilm at their Customer Innovation Centre in Luton, continued this mission: bringing together cutting-edge technology, industry experts, and tailored business tactics all under one roof.

The 1ANDALL Promise

The 1ANDALL Promise guarantees access to unparalleled technology and service from each of the Big 5 manufacturers (Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Fujifilm, and Xerox).

Our direct access to the Big 5 sets Landall Services apart. Our portfolio offers more than choice – it gives you control. We demonstrate this through The Profit Factory events, having now delivered dedicated iterations in partnership with Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, and Fujifilm (with an event in collaboration with Xerox coming this June).

Each iteration builds on the last, allowing commercial printers to explore different technologies within the context of their own operational challenges and growth ambitions. Whatever your production environment, we work with you to identify the right mix of technology to support your business goals – whether that involves increasing output, expanding colour capability, automating workflows, or driving margins.

Our approach is rooted in consultancy. Rather than simply supplying equipment, we offer guidance on emerging technologies, market trends, and opportunities for operational optimisation. This gives you access to leading technology, clearer decision‑making, and a partner committed to your long‑term success.

The Fujifilm Iteration

A Complete Ecosystem in Action

Each iteration of The Profit Factory is structured around a different but fully integrated ecosystem workflow. The Fujifilm event ran across two days, 4th and 5th February 2026. The attendees booked onto dedicated time slots and experienced a personalised workflow, accompanied by a Landall production specialist. Each session followed a complete end-to-end journey:

Pre-Press – Correct, Personalise, Optimise

  • XMF PressReady demonstrated how files can be corrected and made print-ready in seconds, which is especially crucial now with Canva and AI designs being generated for print.
  • eProductivity Software (ePS) then showcased their MDSF portal, which makes product ordering simple with a customer storefront, highlighting both customer-facing ordering and production side processing.

Print Room – New Product Offerings

  • Fujifilm presented their technology potential using its 5th colour technology, including silver/gold*, pink, white, clear, textured. They also demonstrated how they use pink to expand colour gamut and how they can produce the difficult to replicate orange 021 C, opening new product offerings to gain new customers.
  • Premier Paper complemented this by presenting a broad range of substrates, including environmentally responsible options, reinforcing the increasing role of sustainability in purchasing decisions.

Post Press – Precise Finishing

  • Plockmatic Group (Morgana) completed the automated process with demonstration of their precision finishing, leaving each attendee with a personalised chocolate box. Designed, printed, and finished during their session, offering attendees a tangible example of how integrated workflows elevate efficiency.

Strategy Session

The Strategy Session is a deep-dive analysis of each attendee’s business. Its aim is to uncover the core fundamental workflows the attendee’s business follows, identifying any hidden problems or inefficiencies in their processes, and building a strategic plan based on the company’s business goals. In an open, informal discussion, free from presentation slides or hard selling, we explored:

  • Operational inefficiencies
  • Automation potential
  • Personalisation tactics
  • Sustainability positioning
  • Revenue expansion opportunities

This gave each attendee clear, actionable advice that can be implemented into their business immediately.

Funding, Device Maintenance and Training

We understand that technology is only as effective as the support and financial strategy behind it. That’s why The Profit Factory includes dedicated guidance on funding options and device maintenance, helping you make informed decisions that protect your investment and maximise your device uptime. This covers:

  • Financial options to support new technology acquisitions
  • What financial companies look for when approving a lease
  • Maintaining equipment through our Production Print Managed Service

This ensures your operations stay productive, downtime is minimised, and investments deliver maximum long-term value.

To further strengthen the value of your investment, specifically with Fujifilm, we can also connect you with their Aspire Program. This program provides staff training, tips to grow CMYUK+ capabilities, promotional print samples, and profit estimation tools to accelerate growth, ensuring your team can confidently produce high‑impact work that drives ROI.
