Appcourt found themselves paying a significant amount for a solution that couldn’t fulfill a crucial objective for their care home. They required a solution to future-proof their business by accurately monitoring residents’ water consumption, especially during the warmer months when hydration is critical for elderly residents’ well-being.

The Solution
Landall Service approached the challenge by comprehensively understanding the customer’s problems. We conducted an in-depth infrastructure audit and tailored our solution to enhance security, productivity, connectivity, and reduce stress.

- Managed print: Personalised SLA service with secure devices to counter cyber threats.
- Hosted telephony: Flexible hosted telephony with both soft clients and hard phones for different floors.
- Connectivity: A mesh network with Wi-Fi hotspots spanning three floors.
The Timeline
The bespoke solution took approximately 2-3 weeks for planning and design, followed by a few additional days for implementation.
It then took a couple extra days to implement the solution.
