The Challange

Why they engaged with us

Landall was selected on the foundation of being an independent consultancy-based organisation that specializes in the transformation of managed print and document solutions.

ATG Access was comforted by our impartial advice, founded on years of knowledge and experience. Specifically, our ability to compare the marketplace, shortlist a best-in-class solution, and then negotiate with the chosen manufacturer for the most favorable commercial terms for the client, was a leading element that led ATG Access to choose Landall.

The Solution

Landall made an informed response/plan based on experience. Industry experience and research proved that a uniformed fleet was the best way to ensure a consistently replenished toner supply and simple service plans.

Our consultants devised a streamlined solution that updated and uniformed their fleet, organised finances, reduced costs, and alleviated stress.

The Project Timeline

Stage 1

Compiled all documents pertaining to the existing managed print services at ATG Access. This gave us an understanding of their environment and the terms underpinning their current contracts.

Stage 2

We liaised with various stakeholders within the organisation to understand their future requirements and uncover efficiencies within their internal processes.

Stage 3

Landall explored the marketplace on-behalf of ATG Access. We compared and shortlisted the technology best aligning with the goals and future strategies of the client. Representing ATG Access, we proceeded to negotiate most-favourable commercial terms with the chosen manufacturers, to ensure a minimum cost of ownership for the client.

Stage 4

We then tabled the proposals to the client, alongside technical and financial comparison reports, highlighting the improvements of the new proposed technology in comparison to their existing devices; as well as the cost-reduction over the course of their contract.

Stage 5

Contracts signed.

Stage 6

Our proactive engineers delivered and implemented the new solutions. From this point forward ATG Access not only improved their technology, but reduced their costs.

The Results

Thanks to our carefully designed solution, we successfully addressed the client’s major frustrations. Landall not only met ATG Access’s requirements but also exceeded expectations during the implementation of this solution.
